I am excited to participate in the upcoming Wish-A-Mile^® Bicycle Tour taking place July 26-28, 2024! I have committed to raising money for Make-A-Wish^® Michigan to help grant transformational wishes to Michigan children with critical illnesses. A wish shifts the focus from hospital stays, treatments and surgeries. It opens up a world of possibilities — where the exciting anticipation of a wish-come-true helps wish kids believe in better days ahead. A wish replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope at a time when a child needs it most.

This year alone, Make-A-Wish Michigan anticipates that 800 Michigan children will be newly diagnosed with a critical illness. These are children in your community who need the power of a wish in their lives. And it is only through community support that these wishes are possible. In 2024, Make-A-Wish Michigan’s goal is to grant 500 wishes – the most wishes ever granted in Michigan in one year. I'm riding and fundraising so these deserving Michigan kids and their families can know the happiness, relief and renewal a wish can bring.
